Pirates Everywhere!

Arr!
Ahoy Mattes! Sit back and watch ye movie from hours ago.

Pirates acrostic!
Pirates sail across the sea
 Invading islands and ships
Riches fill their chests
Another pirate ship they want
Trust not a man with a peg
Even he wears an eye-patched
Skulls and crossbones everywhere

Pirate Island

Hi you all!
3rd, 4th and 5th graders are working on pirates topic because on January 30th we will go to Casal Pere IV to enjoy with Blue Mango Theatre. They are fantastic and this time they will present "Pirate Island". The plot is about a pirate whose ship sank 20 years ago, and since then the pirate has lived on an island alone. One night there is a big storm and two new people arrive on the island.
What will happen? We have to wait until the end of January.
Until then, we will work on this topic.
For that reason, today we work on a song written by Eric Herman
"Blackbeard, Bluebeard and Redbeard", a song describing the story of three famous pirates who sailed together on a most colourful voyage.

2nd graders are working on colours, pirates and vickings and we're surprised about some expressions they used: yo ho ho or arrrr!
For that reason, today you can find an activity made with glogster.
You can check vocabulary and also watch a video where
Eric Herman presents "Blackbeard, Bluebeard and Redbeard", a song describing the story of three famous pirates who sailed together on a most colourful voyage.
Besides that, you'll find some vocabulary we'll learn next week.
