Hi kids! Easter time is finishing and I've prepared some activities to review what we were working last weeks. If you click HERE, you will find some exercises to refresh the vocabulary we were studying.

The legend of Saint George

Once upon a time there was a small village with a big castle. The village was quiet. It was in the mountains.

The castle was big.
In the castle lived the king and a princess. The princess was pretty.

A dragon arrived at the village. The dragon had big eyes, big nose and big mouth. The dragon was very strong and bad. It had long tail and big ears.

The dragon was dangerous and he was hungry. He wanted to eat the princess. The princess was scared.

Saint George arrived at the village. He was brave, he was a knight, he came to kill the dragon.

Saint George fought the dragon. He killed the dragon. From the dragon's blood grow a red rose.

Saint George gave the red rose to the princess.

TAKE ACTION!

Every day, people around the world are becoming more and more conscious of the urgent need to reduce pollution and save the environment. There is a clear evidence that most of our actions are damaging the air we breathe and the land we live on.

Tomorrow, April 22nd will be the Earth day, and I think we could do something for promoting the change.

I'm going to propose you some actions we and our families can do easily. They are easy if you try!

• To save water taking shorter showers.
• To change light bulbs into LED.
• To turn off the faucet while brushing our teeth.
• To wash clothes in cold water.
• To walk more.
• To take public transport.
• To play outside instead of watching TV.
• To eat more local food.
• Not to use plastic bottles
• ... if you think I have forgotten something important, you can send me a message.
